• In this lesson, you will identify intentional and/or unintentional remarks or behaviors that potentially have a harmful or unpleasant psychological impact on the target person based on their race or culture. 

• You will consider your own social location, power, and privilege as a bystander.  This will help you gain confidence in recognizing and shutting down microaggressions.
